Location is excellent as it is just next to the shopping mail, 5 mins from supermarkets (ParknSave and Woolsworth) and 10 mins from "Eat Street". The on-site manage, Jyoti, is very helpful and responsive. Frankly speaking, her service is comparable to a 5-star hotel.

The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens. It is a beautiful building, fun to explore, location was wonderful. Hot pool was dreamy in the evening.

Regent of Rotorua, a sanctuary of luxury nestled in the heart of New Zealand's cultural gem, Rotorua. The attitude and behaviour of the staff specially Vivian was commendable. She was very helpful and cooperative. Advised us on tidbits and gave us wonderful tips so that our one night two days stay in Rotorua was memorable. The hotel was superb and the ambience, location was fabulous with lots of eating places nearby including the outstation bus terminal. The whole team of the staff of this hotel deserves special mention.
