Great Location. Walking distance to everything. Very clean. Amazing view of the lake. Comfortable beds and was nice and warm inside when we arrived. Will definitely be back again.

Just 2 minutes’ walk from Lake Taupo, Acapulco Motor Inn offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. We had a 2 bedroom hotel room. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was included. The hotel is in a nice location near the lake, free parking.

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available. I love that the spa is so close to the property and the stuff was lovely.

Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre offers spectacular views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park. Really nice place and the room was very comfortable with nice sunset views!

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport. Very comfortable bed, great breakfast, very friendly and obliging staff.
