Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and Free WiFi, Le Chalet Suisse Motel Taupo is just a 2-minute walk from New Zealand’s largest lake, Lake Taupo. Everything in this property was clean & we had room service every morning for the last 4 days we have stayed here. The receptionist man is very helpful too we are on our last day here & he has made our stay here an awesome one he helped us from the start up until our last day which was meant to be today but we enjoyed it so we added one more night because of their services and how helpful and clean they are, we also got the first room to the right so the view looking at the beach in the morning when the sunrise is up until it sets was one of my highlights and it's just close to all the shops and walking distance too. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay visiting Taupo, definitely wont be my last time here i'll be back for sure with the rest of my family one day.

Located on the edge of Lake Taupo, The Cove- On The Lake offers luxury rooms with satellite TV and either fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. Location was amazing. Right in front of the lake and only 5 minutes from the town centre. The room itself felt quite luxurious, it's obviously an old building but it's been renovated as good as it can be. Bedroom was spacious, bathroom was even bigger and the balcony/hot tub area was great. Quite baby proof too.

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available. Everything was well arranged. Clean facility. Includes everything for a stay.

Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre offers spectacular views of Lake Taupo and the volcanoes of Tongariro National Park. We had a lovely stay! The place was cosy and very clean. I would recommend trying their restaurant, Lionel's - it was excellent.

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport. The location was very beautiful over looking the lake. Many lush greenery and cute lemon trees. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The duty managers Peter and Sherwin-Dan were very helpful and accommodating. They both gave excellent service. I highly recommend the HILTON LAKE TAUPO to anyone who will visit Taupo.
