The deluxe studios opening in late 2019 at the property are adults-only and feature filtered water, a coffee machine, electric fire, sensor lighting, recliner chairs, a 55-inch TV with Chromecast and stunning lake views. stayed in the newer section. the apartments are clean, well appointed, and convenient. the heat and hot water work wonderfully. the staff is nice, as is the location. the espresso machine was loaded with beans and water, and milk was provided free of charge. such a comfortable stay.

Facilities for disabled guests are also available at the property. We were welcomed by the owners on arrival who were so friendly and very welcoming. We had a beautiful en-suite room with doors out to a little patio area overlooking the beautiful garden and gorgeous views beyond - such a great setting! Tea and coffee was available in the shared kitchen/sitting room and there was fresh milk in the fridge. Breakfast was in the pavilion, self service cereals and toast and fab coffee! A very comfy bed too it was a great night’s stay!

The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is the separate unit from the one facing the lake. The communication between me and the staff is good. The location is very strategic. Definitely recommended and will come in the future. Complete with basic amenities. Paid laundry is available. Thank you very much.

The comfortable rooms offer en suite bathrooms and modern facilities. The hotel has a communal lounge with a fireplace. Since there are no taxis in town my husband and I had such a hard time walking to the hotel from the bus station with two large suitcases. The manager Justin Ludlow stepped right up and agreed to bring our suitcases down to meet us at the bus station when we were leaving town after we had shopped and had lunch. So kind! Thank you Justin!

It also offers a games room with a billiards table. Stayed overnight only but it was really clean and comfortable.and central. I wish I had stayed another day to explore Invercargil.
