We would like to thank the team who always helped us and welcomed us very warmly from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. We had a great time in Muscat, where we came for a birthday celebration, thanks to the efforts of all the hotel staff, especially the reception, Al-Khiran and Pavilion restaurant teams. The physical conditions of the hotel, its location by the sea, the area it is in, and the breakfast were really great.

We arrived in the middle of the night - fast check-in & they upgraded us to a bigger room, which was really nice. The receptionist arranged us a really nice city tour. The breakfast is very big with many choices. Also the pool terrace with the bar is really nice, especially for sunset.

Everything is stunning. The architecture is in beautiful, modern Arabian style, with gorgeous gardens and facilities. Service and food were impeccable, and they let us have a late checkout due to a late flight. Whilst the overall hotel is definitely high end and focused on adults, the area we stayed in was very child friendly.
