Host was easy to contact. Entering and exiting the apartment complex was from a door controlled by reception (no key to enter...but you need a key to the room). View from balcony includes the ocean. Kitchen is fairly modernized.

Close to Multi-red banco de la nacion atms for zero fees. Close to markets, good food ... only approx 15 min walk to the various cliff top parks and Larcomar shopping centre. The perfect stay!! They even minded my big bag until i returned from my trek to stay 1 more night 10 days or so later.
