Great pools, exceptionally helpful staff and concierges (especially Ron the concierge!) and modern feel/design. To highlight the staff responsiveness to any problems, our light fixture in our bathroom had an issue and the maintenance team fixed it within an hour.

Beautifully designed, stylish and high quality resort. Comfortable well equipped rooms. Friendly, polite and attentive staff made you feel welcome every step of the way. Good choice of dining options.

The Sheraton Cebu is a stunning resort, multiple pools that lead onto a private beach, beautifully designed lobby and rooms.

Unit is clean , comfortable and well organized. We love the compact and smart interior design of the unit. Pillows are like those used in hotels. 💗

Only stayed one night but would have stayed longer. Lovely hosts, very clean throughout, comfortable bed, nicely decorated. We had one of the smaller rooms but it was absolutely fine - very practical and designed well around a small space. I was unsure of the location but it was very secure and didn't have any issues.

The room was well designed and had everything we needed. The hot water worked throughout our stay. The staff were superb and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The upstairs restaurant/bar was lovely.
