The staff, in particular Ms. Olha, were very polite, kind and helpful. The breakfast is prepared by the night shift on the premises, unlike in most hotels. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable. I went to make tea and to iron my shirt in socks.

It's located right in the center, we were able to wander around the city very easily from the property. Lots of cool restaurants around the place, the staff is very polite and ready to help. The bed is sooo soft and comfy, everything super clean. I loved it.

The Flaner is a sophisticated place to stay with all the comforts of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great because it's right on the main drag.
