Great location, everything clean and proper, the two staff members Alejandra and Ana very helpful. The room had ample space and had all one would need for a short stay like ours.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a lot of personality. Location is very centric for tourism. It was clean. Also the upgrade us to the superior suite even though we booked a standard room which shows their commitment to customer service. The room was super big and on the last floor so we had a view to the castle.

Private parking at the hotel is possible on site (pending on availability of the day) and has a daily cost of 15€.

Location is excellent. Close to central locations, the team was helpful. There was a cafe next to hotel and you can see whole river + roof of hotel is very resting and calm. Breakfast was good.So in general this was one of the best stay for a long time.
