BulgariaWe have booked 8 rooms for our group. Everything was just perfect, the rooms were super warm, clean and spacious. The bed linen was top quality and the pillows were very comfy.
The food in the restaurant was tasty, homemade. The service was excellent.
Parking spaces are available.
Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent.
We were very happy to stay there and would visit again!

Location, Value for money, Kindness of staff, very good heating and hot water at any hour, location with parking places around. Even if it was Saturday night and had an issue with the shower someone came and tried to fix the problem (the problem couldn`t be solved on spot BUT someone came). Although my car was not in an designated parking lot (but in front of the hotel) and it snowed a lot in the morning we had the road cleared. The hotel had 24/7 staff at the reception or to be of support.
