Centrally located on Victoriei Street in the heart of Bucharest, Grand Hotel Continental Bucuresti is steps away from the National Art Museum and close to the Athenaeum, Universitate‎ Metro Station, and business district. The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. All staff members are kind, courteous and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a diversity of choices, from fresh fruits and cold cuts, to warm meats, veggies and eggs. Lovely pastries, fresh homemade yogurt, and espresso complete the experience. The in house restaurant also has some nice choices for dinner. We enjoyed some of the spa services, including the sauna and massage. Despite being in the center of downtown Bucharest, it was not noisy in the rooms. Even the public areas like the lobby, bar and dining room felt quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very lovely small hotel, but the room is very nicely sized. It's also about half an hour walk from the Athenaeum, which was important for us since we came to Bucharest for the Enescu festival.

Set in Bucharest, the Eco-friendly Orhideea Residence & Spa boasts spacious apartments and suites with free WiFi access and air conditioning, within 5-minutes from the metro station and a 15-minute drive from the city centre. Great location. Amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were far larger than expectations, which was nice to be able to spread out as a family. Rooms had everything you needed, plus more. Stocked kitchenette with all the serving utensils you would need. Restaurant was convenient and good food!
