everything a weary traveller dreams of; friendly efficient desk staff, clean, comfy bed, hot bath, airy room, good nights sleep, great breakfast! oh! one thing - only milk alternative was soya and I forgot to ask the waitress to shake the carton before she poured into a jug - ate a gloopy bowl of muesli - minor point but someone else might have complained. Smooth checkout with taxi on time - 10/10.

We loved this accommodation, it was much better than we expected. The room was big, clean and the furniture beautiful and well kept. The sofa in the room was expandable and could easily fit two people. The bed was very big and comfortable. They have a beautiful space in the backyard with a covered barbecue and outside kitchen. There's an inside kitchen accessible to everyone with coffee and tea being provided by the host. A large dinning area is also available for all the guests to use. The host was respectful and welcoming. We've stayed in many places, but this was one of the best ones and such a great surprise. Highly recommended it and will certainly return.

The charming and modernly designed small Santa Fe enjoys a convenient location in the youngest part of the city, with direct link to the main road coming from Bucharest and easy access to Suceava...

The Manager that was sitting down with her lap top was exceptional very good customer service, we asked her where to go for sun glasses in which she give us a few places, and phone numbers, and also she provided us with an umbrella as it was raining in which we brought back outstanding.
