Surrounded by the Zavoi Park, 300 metres from the centre of Ramnicu Valcea, Grand Hotel Sofianu hosts an art museum with works of 500 representative Romanian plastic artists. GHS was one of the finest hotel we stayed at. Starting with the beautiful old building, continue with the comfortable room, excellent bed and shower, richly and outstanding breakfast and not forgotten the friendly staff. Chapeau!

Ramnicu Valcea’s boutique Simfonia Boutique Hotel is located 500 metres from the centre of town and offers a fitness room, spa area, sauna and steam bath. This was my first visit to Râmnicu Vâlcea. I don't usually write reviews, but the accommodation was so excellent that I had to leave one. If I visit Râmnicu Vâlcea again, I would love to stay at this hotel. 1. Very kind service 2.
