Great customer service from Raed, he went above and beyond with his customer service. Made the trip enjoyable and pleasant, my dad was critical in hospital and he made every effort to help us with our stay. All concierges and helpers were really nice alhamdulillah . I would suggest to stay here and contact Raed for the best service.

The location was great very close to haram.The hotel staff were great and very helpful. We booked a presidential suite with tow bedrooms had partial view to haram , the suite was very clean and comfortable with amazing breakfast included.it was one of the best hotels we were stayed

We knew that our room would be clean and on point when we came back to the hotel, after being out in town. Hotel location was good and a lot of easily and accessible transportation in front of the hotell. Making the location first class, as well as having food and other fine shops around the hotel. After all everything was good and on point, we felt pleased with having this as our hotell, and we will recommend this hotell for anybody visiting mekkah.
