From the moment we arrived (or should I say, were rescued!), the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Due to unexpected road closures, we were stranded near the hotel with no way to get there. To our surprise, the staff contacted us after hearing about the situation and offered to pick us up! This incredible act of hospitality saved the day and showed just how much they care about their guests. Once at the hotel, the excellent service continued. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure we had everything we needed. The room itself was as shown in the pictures, and the view from the room was spectacular. If you're looking for a hotel with exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and staff that truly goes the extra mile, look no further.

Marion was lovely and gave us great recommendations of things to do. Apartment is huge. Comfy bed, good kitchen facilities. Air conditioning worked really well.
