The property also provides free uses of bicycles. I don’t know if we have much to add from what the other reviews say. Super great place with wonderful staff. If you get a chance to stay here, do so.

Staff were super friendly and seemed genuinely kind and caring. They asked a few times for any feedback to keep improving. Couldn't think of anything but I appreciated the question. Room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Breakfast was delicious and they have free water, juice, snacks and coffee 24/7. Great location too. Would stay here again without any hesitations.

The management / staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful.They gave me directions to places that I wanted to go to and also assisted me to book a GrabCar to the airport the next day. The staff also provided me with an umbrella when I thought it was going to rain on my way out to visit a nearby temple. Room is very spacious, clean and the mattress is very comfortable. The hotel also provides a complimentary breakfast which is very delicious and a water dispenser to fill up your water bottles which is very thoughtful. It is a short 5 - 8 minutes walk from Chang Phuak Night Market and there are a few eateries within a 2 - 5 minutes walk.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai old city - close to lots of different restaurants and attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and even contacted me after we left something behind in the hotel (they kept it until we returned to the city the next week) The TV in the room was fantastic, modern smart TV so you could unwind with YouTube, Netflix etc The pool was brilliant with a nice depth of up to 1.7m, more than normal hotel pool sides! Their breakfast was tasty, and they had dinner options which were also good. Plus, stocked beer fridge at front of hotel 👍

All the staff are 100% friendly and warm, greeting you every time enter or leave the hotel. The room is clean, and the breakfast is excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

Guest can enjoy, drinking water, espresso, a variety of tea, and seasonal fruit throughout the day. Free WiFi is available. Everything about this hotel is awesome. Our second time staying at a BED property, this time for 8 nights and we were sorry to leave. Rooms are not fancy but have everything you need, great storage, comfortable bed and the shower is hot and has great water pressure. The breakfast is top notch. The staff are friendly and super helpful. The “vibe” here is amazing. Can’t say enough good things about ha about Jerome and the team and the great place they have created. We will be back!

Spacious and clean with a nice pool area. Good breakfast for the money and free transfer into town / from the airport a very welcome extra. The standout feature was just how welcoming and kind the hosts were. They create a really happy atmosphere.
