Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, with daily service ensuring everything was in top condition. The atmosphere was wonderful, with a serene touch provided by koi fish swimming gracefully at the entrance. The breakfast was a highlight—freshly prepared with a great variety of delicious options. The receptionist was outstanding: extremely polite, helpful, and spoke good English, making communication effortless. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Located in Chiang Rai, Na-Rak-O Resort offers free WiFi access and colourful air-conditioned rooms. It was in the center, clean and cosy. In the morning that breakfast saved everything 😁 The room was big enough.

Stayed there in mid of February, view from the room was good, bed is very clean & comfortable, Non bedbug, English & Chinese ok, staff working with a smile, many Restaurants around. Impressed breakfast with enjoy several kind of Chinese tea.(recommend Wolong Jasmin Tea with Honey)
