One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff were amazing. The jacuzzi in the deluxe sea view rooms was everything and we enjoyed one every evening. You can rent mopeds at the hotel too which is really convenient and is only 200 baht for the day. The cafe on site does amazing coffees and is air conditioned. The beach is fab and very peaceful unlike other beaches in Thailand. There is normally a Tuk tuk outside the property to go elsewhere.

Directly on the beach, Mama Beach Residence - Adults Only is located on Phi Phi Island. Rooms feature flat-screen TVs and balconies with views of the ocean or beach or garden.

Everything! We had a beachfront room on the second level. Morning coffee looking at water. We watched the sun rise and set. The front staff was incredible! The beachfront was clean and extremely well taken care of. The resort is super clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent, making eggs fresh to order.

We loved the set up - it was perfect for a 7 day stay for us with our 4 young adult children. We loved the delivery of breakfast to our room each morning. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved the pool table and gym. We also loved the location in combination with the shuttle service which allowed for a quiet stay and still feel close to everything (shuttle service worked so well - always available with hardly any wait time) But what made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff. They were each so exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after in any way they could that it felt like we were their personal guests. We all agree we can't recommend this place highly enough for a unique family holiday experience.

Wonderful location on top of a cliff next to a small village. Top notch accommodation with spacious room, great bed etc. Excellent service, very helpful and kind staff. Great restaurant down-stairs, the Stir-fried Soft-shell crab with thai spices is a must-try, it was so good I had it twice in a row. If you want a peaceful stay away from the crowds and noise of the villages further north, this is the perfect accommodation for a couple. A monk from a nearby monastery even came to hold a meditation session one morning.

We spent 13 nights at the resort with our 8 months old daughter and it was fantastic! So what did we really like? - The hotel is literally embedded in the rain forest, which we loved. - Tubkaak is one of the nicest beaches on Thailand’s mainland. - Great staff. - Very good restaurants, especially the Thai restaurants. - Various activities, e.g. Yoga, Thai Boxing, SUP. - Excellent service. We will definitely come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The beachfront location is perfect, and the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the on-site restaurant was great. I loved the clean swimming pool and spotless rooms. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it!

The owner and his extraordinary hospitality fueled with kindness. Helped us regarding the itinerary to phi phi island and phi phi don at a very affordable rate. The owner also provide bikes for rent which we find cheaper in rates compared to other bike renters .

The resort is in a good location, just off the main street with lots of restaurants, shops, and bars within a few minutes walking distance. There's also a free shuttle that operates between the hotel and the beach, but honestly I just walked since it only took about 10-15 minutes. The room itself was in good condition with all the amenities I needed. The real highlight of this place however is the staff. They truly went above and beyond throughout my stay. On the day I checked out, I was going to take a ferry to Phuket, my next destination. The service was supposed to include a hotel pick-up to take me to the pier, however for a while the car never came. When the reception staff saw that I had been waiting, they called the tour company numerous times on my behalf asking where my pick up driver was. After over an hour of waiting, it was getting late and I was very close to missing my ferry (which only comes once per day). At this point, the hotel concierge said that they would drive me to the pier themselves so that I could get to my next destination on time. Thanks to their incredible service and hospitality, I made it to the boat on time. I truly cannot thank the staff enough, I am so extremely grateful to them and they are simply the best!
