Close to the main street with all the stores and restaurants, very cozy, clean, i liked the atmosphere in the lobby ( where you can hang out by the fireplace) and in their pub. There is free tea/hot cocoa/ coffee in the lobby at all times and board games you can play.

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

The exterior design of the hotel is great - a Dutch village. Lots of parking. General cleanness of the room. Very friendly and helpful young male staff member at the reception area who went above and beyond his duties to help me get the correct info about Deception pass boat tours.

Cute pineapple details, a plushy Husky that we adopted, jacuzzi and Pineapple cafe. Hotel’s attention to details is incredible! We loved this whole pineapple design, pineapple cookies and a little cute plush Husky, that we adopted! Oh, and they even have complimentary bikes and helmets to explore beautiful Seattle.

The room, the location, the staff, the happy hour were all brilliant. We couldn't have wanted for more. The music, the art, the design of the hotel were all brilliant. We were celebrating our honeymoon and this was our first stop in America and it was brilliant. Plenty of plugs in the room, the shower was great, the accessibility to other parts of the city were also great.
