The thing that stood out most was the super-friendly staff, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Always willing to help and attend to any issues with a huge smile. Excellent location in the old quarter, in a quiet street. Room was very comfortable and well equipped, and of a generous size for Hanoi. Cleaning was done daily. Decent breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Strategically located, Hanoi Hotel Royal offers elegant and stylish accommodation with free WiFi access in the guestrooms. It operates a 24-hour front desk and features a restaurant. It was peaceful, interior is great. Breakfast is small but still tastes good, they will even let you order (free of charge) other food on the menu and make it for you (note the portion is size is quite big so make space for it example of one of the breakfast options ordered from the menu).

The location was excellent to get a feel for old town Hanoi. I did a lot of walking which was manageable given the location of the Hotel. the facilities were good value for money and the staff were all great.I must make special mention of Tracy at reception who was fantastic. so polite, helpful and kind it was a joy dealing with her. Thank you Tracy for making my stay so much more enjoyable.

Το boutique hotel που επέλεξα ήταν μια όαση ηρεμίας, με καλαίσθητα δωμάτια και ένα πρωινό που με γέμισε με τις αυθεντικές γεύσεις της τοπικής κουζίνας. Η τοποθεσία του στο κέντρο της πόλης αποδείχθηκε ιδανική, καθώς όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα βρίσκονταν σε απόσταση αναπνοής.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. Location is just a few steps away from the lake the location is very much central to reach shops ,restaurants and very close to the famous Historic Temple on the lake , breakfast is very good with also a very nice selection of western and Asian choice, the room was fantastic we had one of the two Terrace suite that we have chose for the second time in this remarkable hotel but what makes the hotel even more special is the friendly staff and the hospitality at the Concierge that are always ready to help in every way also with a warm heart to make sure your stay is comfortable.
