I had a great stay here for four nights. From check-in to checkout, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. In particular, Kate went out of her way to help book me a Bai Tu Long Bay cruise on short notice. The breakfast provided was plentiful and tasty and included western and Vietnamese options (pho). The room exceeded my expectations. The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped as a base for my stay in Hanoi. Would highly recommend the Golden Legend to others!

This hotel was exactly what we needed as a family traveling in Hanoi. We got a great family room, clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location is right in the center of the old city. But the real gem of the place is Rosie, who runs the hotel. Rosie attended to our every request, made sure to have a gluten-free breakfast for my little son, arranged transfers for us for various excursions, and all with a kindness and service that you don't encounter every day, even in Vietnam.
