I had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Chic Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Its great location and warm hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The review system is rather dysfunctional in Hanoi, with the reviews seemingly being to support the hotel providers rather than the consumer. There is high pressure to provide top reviews rather than honest ones to help consumers choose. That said, this hotel goes beyond the system and really is an elegant, charming residence with outstanding staff, attractive design, good breakfast and an appropriate price-to-service ratio. I stayed in 6 different hotels during my trip to Vietnam and this was one of my favourites. If I find myself in Hanoi again, I will stay here. Recommended!

Conveniently located in Hoan Kiem, Sunline Central Hotel offers modern and stylish accommodation with free WiFi access in the entire property. One of the best locations in the old quarters area. Very great plan for shopping, lake side view and walk, variety of foods, great hospitality, good helpful staffs. Overall, we as a family had a great time in Hanoi.

Hotel has great location, in the middle of Old Quarter, in walkable distance to restaurants, shops, massages, some sights....Hotel is clean, comfortable beds, good choice of delicious meal for breakfast. The best is hotel staff. Allways nice, kind, very helpful with everything. They helped us organise lot of trips, buy tickets to the theatre, cable car in remote city, rent a car in other part if Vietnam.... We recommend this hotel very much

Το boutique hotel που επέλεξα ήταν μια όαση ηρεμίας, με καλαίσθητα δωμάτια και ένα πρωινό που με γέμισε με τις αυθεντικές γεύσεις της τοπικής κουζίνας. Η τοποθεσία του στο κέντρο της πόλης αποδείχθηκε ιδανική, καθώς όλα τα σημαντικά αξιοθέατα βρίσκονταν σε απόσταση αναπνοής.

Located in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Hanoi Pearl Hotel is conveniently a minute’s walk to the renowned Hoan Kiem Lake. Location is just a few steps away from the lake the location is very much central to reach shops ,restaurants and very close to the famous Historic Temple on the lake , breakfast is very good with also a very nice selection of western and Asian choice, the room was fantastic we had one of the two Terrace suite that we have chose for the second time in this remarkable hotel but what makes the hotel even more special is the friendly staff and the hospitality at the Concierge that are always ready to help in every way also with a warm heart to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Overlooking peaceful views of the popular Hoan Kiem Lake, this elegant hotel features a 24-hour front desk, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi access is available at all areas of the hotel. We stayed here on our last day at Vietnam. It was one of our most favorite stays of our whole trip, even though it was for one day. We wished we had been able to stay here earlier. But unfortunately it was sold out on our first days at Hanoi. The room was spotless, comfy and they gave us a free update as well! The staff were superr kind to us, always asked us how we were doing, and whether we needed anything. They arranged for us a ride to go to the Airport at a lower fare than grab, and were so kind enough to make sure we made it safely. The hospitality and the kindness of the staff here will always be memorable. I would recommend everyone to stay here while at Hanoi.
