La atención del personal siempre fue muy atenta, me ayudaron y asistieron mucho a mi llegada, en su momento estuve teniendo complicaciones para reservar un tour para Halong bay, y ahí mismo ne apoyaron para reservarme una a última hora, el menú del desayuno estuvo muy completo.

Rosie attended to our every request, made sure to have a gluten-free breakfast for my little son, arranged transfers for us for various excursions, and all with a kindness and service that you don't encounter every day, even in Vietnam.
