Everything! From the moment you arrive at the hotel until the moment you leave, you feel welcomed and special. The hotel is well positioned for you to explore Phu Quoc Island (highly recommend you download the Grab app) and the facilities are more than adequate (good size pool w/ plenty of sun lounges nearby or on the beach, kids club, pool table x 2 etc). Breakfast selection is perfect and you never have to wait for a table. They have a live acoustic duo playing by the pool each evening (from 5pm) and another band in their High Note Bar, covering all your classic hits, so you don't have to leave the hotel if you wish to spend a nice evening on site. However, what makes this hotel special are the staff. My wife accidentally left AUD $600 in an envelope in our room and they called me just in the nick of time, and drove back out to the airport to drop it off for me. I will forever remember this and will be loyal to Salinda purely based on this act of honesty.

With a beachfront and a garden with hammocks, Peppercorn Beach Resort is a small, family-run boutique resort located on the northern shores of Phu Quoc Island. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. We felt at home. I loved that it was right on the beach and there were kayaks that we could use for free. Its the small details that matter, like for example sunscreen and mosquito spray and refill water bottles. The food was amazing. It was fresh and the breakfast was different everyday. The owner really used creativity preparing the food. The resort is very nice and quiet, but there is plenty to do around. We rented a scooter through the resort which was very easy going. It gave us a change to explore the island. We were supposed to go 3 nights, but ended booking 2 extra nights. The staff was always close to help with any questions we had. It was overall an amazing experience and I would for sure recommend booking here.

It's the people who make the place whether the gardener who made me a flax bird, to the man who drove the golf cart . it's all the little things that make a place special

Positioned along one of the longest beach in Phu Quoc, Famiana Resort & Spa - Breakfast is served as Brunch 6AM30 to 1PM sits on a 4 hectare land offering cosy accommodation on Truong Beach in Duong... We loved that our villa was oceanfront. It also has a bar where we can view the sunset and the sea water is warm. We also loved our room which was very spacious even upstairs where the bed is a loft but it was high enough that you did not have to bend over. The bed was comfy. AC was in the right place strategic to airflow during the night. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The food was great and the drinks were made with real fruit and delicious. The guest services were very helpful got a car for the airport and had information for any tours that you may want to go on.

Mango Bay Phu Quoc Resort is spread over 700 metres of private sandy beach and 20 hectares of natural greenery. I have just had five days at Mango Bay resort Spa. The resort is based mid south west of the Island. It’s a sensitive jungle development which does not dominate the landscape with private beauty beaches. I had a private bungalow which was very well designed. The outside bathroom with two showers and two sinks. The service was impeccable in every way, breakfast is possibly one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel or vacation with à la carte and buffet (I will include pictures). On the rock’s restaurant, which is literally on the rocks with Beach view the food is incredible and my favourite cocktail was kill Bill. Although they do take guests bookings for the restaurant as priority, I would suggest booking in advance because it does fill up very quickly. The concierge service from reception was second to none this was before arrival and during my stay The spa Services are one of the best I’ve ever had. (VY is one of the masseurs I seen and she was incredible just wow) and I’ve had hundreds in my life time. I would highly recommend this place I really loved my time here. I will stay again.

Cassia Cottage Resort and Spa has a 130-metre private beach, 3 swimming pools, lush gardens and an outdoor restaurant, the Spice House. It was a great experience to stay at Cassia Cottage,from check-in to check-out! The room was large, with a great balcony looking towards the sea. The Spice House restaurant was amazing!

Το Anh Dao Mekong Hotel βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στην πόλη και διαθέτει επιχειρηματικό κέντρο, εστιατόριο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης στις εγκαταστάσεις. Hotel was close to being able to enjoy the nightly busy street market and river activities. Our room was small but comfortable. Wi-Fi was okay, Air Con worked well, the plug for our phones wasnt next to the bed but be made it work, and we used the bathroom plug to make our coffee in the morning. The front staff gals were always cheerful and greeting us. I'd recommend this place .
