Housed in a traditional wooden boat, Signature Halong Cruise offers luxurious suites with stunning views of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Bai Tu Long Bay. Everything about our cruise experience was perfect and well organized. We were picked up from the Athena Lounge by our cruise manager Mr. Win, who was always kind and attentive throughout our stay. We felt very welcome and taken care by him. He also showed us our rooms and the facilities which exceeded our expectations. He was very caring and cheerful all the time. Lily, Ivy, Duong and Duck also took very good care of us throughout our stay from during meal times to the excursion. They are always available and caring. All the staff were caring and smiling all the time. There are more who I unfortunately do not know their names. But the whole crew was very welcoming and did a great job to run the cruise smoothly. Food was perfect for all meals. Win and Ivy also asked if we needed anything else and the menu was well catered to both non-vegetarian and vegetarian. The room and facilities were great and exceeded pur expectation. The excursion were also well organized and everything ran on time. There was no waiting at all. The cocktails by Duong and Duck were also delicious and memorable. I love the Happy Hour. I will come back on this cruise as a matter of fact the next cruise has been booked for December. I can't wait for it.

El Paradise Suites Hotel, situado a poca distancia del puerto deportivo de Tuan Chau, la entrada a la bahía de Ha Long, ofrece alojamiento coninstalaciones modernas en la pintoresca isla de Tuan Chau.... Rooms were excellent and staff was friendly. Very comfortable beds and the hotel arranges transport for you to your cruise. The hotel is in a beautiful street in a calm and family orientated area. The restaurant was lovely with both vietnamese and western dishes on the menu.

El Syrena Cruises ofrece una estancia en un barco tradicional fabricado a mano. Hay WiFi gratuita en las zonas comunes. Amazing trip. Mr. Tam and crew provide the best possible experience. The Syrena is a beauitful ship that is well maintained. The activities are well planned and the meals delicious, also considering our dietary restrictions. Thanks for an amazing experience! :)
