Absolutely fabulous hotel, really comfortable beds, everything was spotless, and the restaurants went out of their way to make sure my daughter had lactose free food because of her intolerance. But the best thing about the St Regis is the staff…everyone from the butlers, housekeepers, bar and restaurant staff, and even the pool guys. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel thoroughly spoiled.

The staff make this place so great! Without their professionalism and kindness our stay would have been mediocre. Special thanks to Mohammed at reception who went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel so comfortable. We explained to Mohammed that we had a very late flight and he was able to arrange a late check out for us, despite being a very busy weekend. Thank you Mohammed! We left the resort well rested. A special thank you to Sakr at reception who also made our breakfast experience so much more enjoyable and he was always so helpful! Thank you Sakr!

I highly recommend booking this hotel! We’ll definitely come back! Everything was amazing, especially the service. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, the hotel was very nice and clean, the beach and pool were in a great condition, and the food was delicious! I suggest taking a boat trip at sunset, the view is amazing! Also don’t miss the Observation Point at level 74 (free entrance, ask at the reception)
