Very well appointed, modern property with excellent facilities and inclusions. Exceptionally clean. We only stayed a short period but this could be a good base for exploring Graz and the region further. We took advantage of the available, secure parking which was very helpful. Th host provided very detailed instructions (with images) making the whole check-in/out process and access to property very simple.

While the price for the stay is low, the sHome surprises pleasantly with the quality of the rooms. The check-in process is easy, the parking garage has the elevator to the rooms and the location is quiet and calm. The room was very efficiently designed, with enough storage space. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is very convenient located for travellers who come by car. There is free parking in front of the hotel and there is a supermarket opposite of the hotel. It is not very near to the city centre but by car it is only about 15 mins drive. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is also very dog friendly.
