This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

Staff was so so so friendly and helpful. We got seated next to a group of very loud people amd they changed our table immediately. Food was very delicious, location is the closest you can get to the gletcher. Spa and swimming pool are also perfect, we spend many hours there.

Completely renovated hotel, felt like we were first in our room. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable, food was great both at breakfast and at dinner in-house. The hotel is fairly away from any other options so a drive is required both to the ski resort gondolas and other dining.

Gorgeous view from our room and terrace. Super clean and modern. Comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They included gratis cable car passes and we climbed up and down mountains on cable cars. Best vacation of my life.

It is a very nice and cozy place. There is a very nice gym, several pools and a mini lake, several saunas. There is a garden where you can relax and calm down after sauna or pool. Also the breakfast was good and we could come for lunch and dinner and it was haute cuisine. If I come next time to the area, I will only stay here.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food.
