In front of the house are places where to park the bike. Smaller sort of grocery store (Unimarkt) is 2 min on foot from house, bigger ones 10 minutes away. Tram stop nearby.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole building was very quiet after a certain time, which made for a peaceful stay. The washing machine was very efficient perfect for a longer stay. The apartment was excellently equipped. The host was very understanding and allowed us to check out late. He was easily reachable on WhatsApp, which was a big help.

The apartment was extremely clean and wide, more than I expected, equipped with all facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here.we were 2 adults with 2 kids and it was a very good choice to stay here. Highly recommend it. The host was highly responsive and also helped us with delayed checkout. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for accessing the shops and transport links so we could get to see family. Only thing we would have liked was two pillows each rather than one but that is a small detail.

The host was lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was great in a quiet area and just a short drive to Linz. The breakfast was a fresh & delicious assortment of meats, cheese, granola, yogurt, breads and an egg. The room size was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Nothing more to say but that this was my fourth visit to Linz and my first stay at this apartment, and hopefully not the last one.
The owner was super friendly and helpful, apartment was super clean and cozy and you are 5 minutes footwalk away from the city center.
