An excellent place for classical music lovers. Schreiberbach and Beethovengang are right next to the house. The apartment is large, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed and arranged, thus a very pleasant place for a-few-day stay in the suburb of Vienna. The host is kind and nice as well.

Breakfast was very good. The design of the rooms is also nice, the rooms were clean. The hotel is right near the metro station so there is no problem to go anywhere in Vienna.

The location is great as it is a bit outside of the busy city centre in the beautiful area of Grinzing with shops and cafes all around and a great connection with the S-Bahn and tram around the corner. The room has everything thought through and comes with a mini kitchen. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean. The sheets are crisp and clean as well as the towels.
