A very unique concept. A B&B with self checkin/check out and no staff interaction. We had a booklet with every question answered and lots of helpful information. The Coco suite was lovely and quiet. There were 2 refrigerators in the dining room with a breakfast tray for our convenience. There were a couple of opportunities to commune with other guests. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Stillwater Seven is a very special gem! The amount of thought gone into every tiny detail was incredible. From the welcome drinks to the amazingly well stocked bar fridge with fresh cheeses and speciality pantry item was inspiring and a great promotion of Tasmanian produce. And then there were the wines and other alcoholic delights- more than I have seen in any other accomodation. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast in your room a joy. Fresh and tasty!
And where do you start on a meal at Stillwater! Exceptional! All staff were warm and helpful. I 100% recommend!
