The bed was super comfortable, the shower was pretty nice and the cafe has very good breakfast options. But the part I liked the most was the hosts: Katrien and Alejandro. They were very attentive and always there to answer any question I came up with, and that shows they care about their guests. Would totally recommend staying here!

The location was wonderful. I love to walk, so everything was in walking distance (in my opinion). If you are not much of a walker, the location is only a few minutes’ walk from the metro. The property is discrete and charming. It was better than the photos. Tom and Karen went above and beyond for me. It’s the kind of place you want to rave about, but also want to keep for yourself!

Zuiderzin is located in the historic center of Antwerpen. Free WiFi access is available in this historic looking holiday home. The accommodations will provide you with a TV and a seating area.

The location was great and the old house was so charming. Many original details were retained while adding modern conveniences like the kitchen, bathrooms, and washer and dryer. The stairs are very narrow and steep so you will need to be ok going up and down to different levels for the bathroom or kitchen. Also, there is no insulation between floors so you will hear sounds and creaking floorboards but that is part of the original construction. It is nice to see that it has been preserved.

The apt has a lot of character and the pics are a good reflection what you get. Four total floors. Ground floor has a kitchen, dining table, and half bathroom (toilet/sink). 1st floor is the family room with a full bathroom. 2nd floor had a bedroom (queen bed and bunk-bed that can sleep 3), washer & dryer, and half bathroom (shower/sink). 3rd floor was a bedroom with access to a balcony. Beds are comfy and it feels like a real home. Didn't use the TV but washer/dryer worked well. Kitchen was well stocked and had more than just the basics. There were also motion-dectector lights in certain areas (stairwell and washrooms) that we generally liked but it was an issue in the bathroom when showering. There are a lot of books/comics and even a little desk my son used to write/color on. The area felt safe and is close to the shopping district. There is a nearby grocery store within 5 min walk away. Communication was quick and courteous. I appreciated the tips that were provided and were also allowed to check-in early.
