Everything. The management, front desk, restaurant, bar and housekeeping, exceptional. The staff always greets with a smile and so very attentive to one’s needs. The property itself is in a perfect place in the old town of Basel, so you can walk everywhere. Very clean with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. The bar and restaurant are busy and vibrant with wonderful dining options and cocktail bar. A special notice to the front staff and the restaurant staff breakfast, lunch and dinner,exceptional . Very Comfortable beds and pillows Beautifully decorated and modern Balcony Espresso machine , Thea facilities with excellent tea and fruits in the same floor we stay for free . There was space in the room due to the thinking behind the decor !

Very clean and comfortable. Great pillows!The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a free welcome drink on arrival. The location is great being close to the old Town and a bus stop is opposite the hotel which is very handy.
