Staff very welcoming on check in. Rooms were very comfortable, modern and very clean. Location of hotel very central with public transport right outside. Breakfast Buffet was delicious. Highly recommend the hotel.

It was a perfect place to sleep after a long trip. Everything was very clean, good location and nice people. We arrived late around 23pm but the check in was easy.

Stayed for only one night, but the service was so welcoming, professional and quick! The room is very modern, clean and comfy. Since I have to visit Basel more often because of work, this hotel is going to be the one where I come back for sure!! :)

Excellent breakfast , Great location with walking distance to the centre and tram services opposite the hotel. Welcoming staff. Club room access was an extra bonus offering refreshments and a few snacks and sweets. Basel card was great with half price of admission to places like the zoo and free public transport
