The biggest asset for these apartments is Maria the manager. This is someone who goes out of her way to ensure you have a good stay. She's efficient, friendly and kind. With huge parades in the old town on the day we were leaving, she realized that we wouldn't be able to get the taxi booked and even though it was her off day and the weekend, she arrived to escort us to a part outside of the old town and organized transport for us. She really is a star. We really enjoyed our spacious, spotlessly clean and neat apartment with the balcony an added bonus. The location was so perfect in the old town, you could walk everywhere and we were surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. Very close to the Rathuis and market square.

The location was very good, located in the center of the old part of town. The rooms were amazing. Everything about check in/check out was smooth. The staff were approachable at all times.

Loved the location! Walking distance to everything in Basel; we didn’t know the Autumn Fair was on at the time and we were across the road from it. The staff were also super friendly.

Loved my stay at Teufelhof. The room overlooking the courtyard was gorgeous. I really liked the artworks on the walls. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great! Would book again.
