The water at the hotel! The water is delicious and clean, do not buy. You have been prepared in the room a sweet bottle. See Label photo. Food was good! Our room was pretty and had everything we needed, the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend! Quite and family friendly!

It’s the best location on the lake. People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.

We loved the location, which was right on a tram and bus line and Geneva tourism provided free transport which was a great idea. Very easy to get around. The staff were amazing from the time of booking to checking in to checking out. Always available and happy to assist. The facilities were fantastic. Small spaces, well thought out and very modern. We had an apartment but if you prefer the hostel type of living this was also on offer, or if you just wanted to chill, play pool etc you can. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.
