We got the room with river view + balcony. Great view, lots of amenities provided (or available per request), room was big enough and clean. If u have a balcony, suggest to call for room service at least for breakfast, so worth it.

It was an exceptional experience. The hotel location is in Meggen 12 minutes away by bus to Central Lucern. The view, the cleanliness and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Leean. Good food and breakfast The hostess was caering and attentive during all morning encounters. we enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is recommended if you don't mind the stairs.

The hotel is in the suburbs near Lucerne, 10 minutes by car from Lucerne lake. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and quiet, suitable for a relaxing holiday. The hotel staff are enthusiastic.
