Breakfast was very good. Loved the honey each day. Omelette was very good. Wide variety of flavoured teas. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb just right across the bus stand. Lucerne station is just less than 10 mins away by bus. Bus comes every 15 mins. Wide variety of food choices at the station. Loved the shawarma (grilled chicken/beef wrap) at Istanbul restaurant at Lucerne station. There's a big Coop at the station with plenty of food choices to grab n go. Hotel is close to all main attractions easily accessible by bus and trains. Bus from Lucerne station drops right outside the hotel, so there is no need to get a taxi. Hotel backyard is very beautiful where you can go for a walk. Kids have a play area with swings and see-saw. Would definitely come again. Free roaming Wi-fi for all hotel guests too! Room was spacious to accommodate my family of 4.

I have had a perfect stay here. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beatiful surroundings. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Good connection to Lucerne City centre and to Mt. Pilatus cable car. Very friendly and attentive staff and hotel manager.
