Location was very good, close to the train station. Room was spacious, very clean and had all facilities. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.

room adequate, lift perfect, outdoor seating brilliant, scenery absolutely stunning, public transport services convenient, easy connection to motorway, staff were kind, efficient, pleasant, and extremely informative. the only place I stayed on my tour of Switzerland that provided me with a request for the visitors public transport free card/QR code downloaded to my phone during my stay.

We really liked it that the bus into town was just right out the door. We didn't need to use our car for our whole stay.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. I was upgraded from the garden to the lake view. The view from the room is excellent and breath taking. All of us love this place and will come back again.
