Absolutely amazing specially the staff and management. Patrick was so helpful and attentive with a welcoming attitude and good sense of humour.the hotel itself is clean and in a quiet area yet it is still within close proximity to shops and restaurant. A bus stop is in front of the hotel that goes to the old town of Luzern. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Plenty of parking spots and the location is beautiful. The staff are also very helpful. The check in/check out system is great too. No staff required so you can enter at night if necessary.

Really comfortable and peaceful stay. Stunning views and walks on doorstep. Excellent transport links. The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful stay at Seehotel Sternen! The atmosphere is peaceful and charming, with absolutely stunning lake and mountain views - truly breathtaking. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made being away from home feel easy and welcome. The restaurant is excellent as well - delicious food and a lovely ambiance. We would happily return.

The double room was very clean, neat, and spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and there was so much to choose from. I loved everything. We were greeted friendly by the owner/manager, who spoke great English. He also gave us info on all the attractions in Lucern, which was awesome.

Our rooms are connecting room with super nice lake view. The spa was too good to be true. There are choices of steam room and saunas, indoor and outdoor pool. We like the outdoor pool in particular, because it is clean and with less people. You can swim under water and ask your family member to take video or photos for you through the Bull"s Eye. Also, there is a floating pool in the spa which you should not missed. All in all, we had a great time in the spa.
