The location of the hotel itself is unreal. Switzerland is truly beautiful, and when you stay in this hotel you can experience it. The interior is magical, so well blended that we were speechless. The accommodation itself offers a large number of fun activities for everyone. The reception staff were very friendly and very young and cheerful. The breakfast was great.

It was very very pleasant; minimalistic and cozy at the same time... plenty of bathrooms and everything squeaky clean! Wonderful. And you have washing machines and drier (: It's located less than 4 stations from the main train station so that's also very convenient (at least for me that I traveled for business and I needed to go to another town every day) So I definitely recommend it (: it is nice and modern and clean and pleasant. This property was in a good location for the town, within walking distance if you don’t mind hills. It was very well equipped, comfortable and cosy.

The hotel was in an excellent location five minutes walk from the railway station. We had problems with our baggage as Swiss Air did not load any luggage onto the plane. The staff at reception, in particular Mara and Emmanuel, were extremely helpful giving us information, etc to get a few clothes and toiletries. The room was a good size, clean and the beds comfortable. At breakfast there was a large selection of food, hot and cold, fruit and yoghurt.

Food was the best I had in St Gallen. Located in the old part of the town very pretty and room was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

First of all, this stay was a suprise for my mother's birthday and her and my father really loved the place. I will have to thank a lot to the great staff, because all of them and Mrs. Tamara were really nice. They helped me prepare a little surprise for my mother and also they treated my parents amazing while they were there. Mrs. Tamara was lovely, because she also hand wrote a letter for my mom in Romanian, which obviously is not her language. I recommend this place with all my heart!
