We used the free Mini Cooper rental to go to the Christmas market in Einsiedeln as recommended by Carmen at the front desk and that was the highlight of our trip! We received complimentary welcome drinks at the bar and also used the sauna - would come back.

Everything is good. We booked the one with balcony and it was great. We can chill and enjoyed the fresh air while sipping a cup of coffee. The bathroom is indeed shared, but only for 3 rooms and at that time we were the only guest. Staffs are friendly, the cleaning ladies are also kind.

Wow after reading so many poor reviews I had very low expectations. However we collected the keys from the box, came up to a room that was both big, clean, bright and with a good bed and shower. Price was great for the stay and check in and check out was easy. Very happy about our stay and we will come back!

Awesome location, walking distance from Zurich HB. Spacious room. Downstairs is a convenience store which also acts as a reception. Friendly staff. Free hot coffee too, and easy to buy food if needed. Room also had an additional sink outside the toilet, and a microwave which was very useful.
