Fantastically friendly and helpful staff. We got a bit lost on arrival, but a gentleman caught us and led us to the hotel where they were waiting for us with a recorder ready with our language. It was a nice surprise. Breakfast was offered and they cared if we ordered enough for us. Delivery to the room and even included a ride to the train station.
It greatly exceeded our expectations. Great location and thanks to the care of the staff we were really overjoyed.

Excellent service. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Everyone speaks very good English. This was my favourite hotel on my trip to China thanks to its caring and kind personnel. Congratulations to the general manager and its exemplary team.

Hotel was so excellent, clean, comfortable, good location, near metro station. Reception was so helpful . Staff was kind special Ms Nancy, She help me for transportation in and book ticket online.
