It's very clean and cute/pop decorated hotel, nice room, amazing shower and very confy bed. Toilettries included. There is a laundry that you can use for free. Loction was central, facilities were above expectations, the room was well appointed and felt like a boutique hotel. Multiple common areas allowed peace and quiet of mingling opportunities. All staff were pleasant and most helpfull, especially Rachel, she is a great asset to this establishment. The free breakfast was comprehensive and delicious! The fruit bowl, snacks, water bottles and barrista coffee were such special touches. Complementary evening wine was the cherry on top! Thanks a million! Daniel for Oz!

Staying in Hilton Xi’an was a very wise decision for my first trip to this historical and renowned city in the world. With the help of the extremely conscientious staff in Hilton, my maiden trip to Xi’an turned out to be very smooth and unforgettable. I want to give my endless thanks to Jones Zhao , manager of Concierge who helped me work out my trip plan including the reservation of tickets to the Terra-cotta and Shanxi Historical museum which would have been impossible to get with my own means, and picking up and seeing off at the airport over a long time before my trip patiently, considerately and successfully. Also my thanks would go to his colleague, Mr. Wang Xingwei who was helping me call Didi for all my trips to the attractions and back with utmost patience , courtesy and attention to all my needs. Last but not least, on my departure for an early flight today, Monday, Hilton staff prepared a decent breakfast bag for me as well as a takeout Americano coffee , very touching, let alone the hotel’s perfect location, very comfortable bed, a very clean and big room with spacious bathroom and modern facilities. I will definitely go back to Hilton in future! Thank you all!

The Hotel is in all categories outstanding and a class of its own. I enjoyed the espresso machine in my room the extremely comfortable bed and the small details. The staff was friendly and helpfull to make my stay even more pleasant. Spa and pool are marvelous. The breakfast has an amazing variety and is very delicious.
