Ellie is the perfect go-to person for someone who were first timers in Xiamen like us -- hardly any difficulty in communicating. She is very helpful in person and online, and quite dependable. Location of the hotel is accessible, quite near a bus station that we used to go to Gulangyu ferry terminal, and accesses to the beach. She has some good recommendations too.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable with nice sea views. The food was great. Large very modern gym. The rooms very well maintained and clean. The staff were excellent particularly the concierge service. As a female travelling for business I was very well looked after by Zoey and the team. I will be back

1. Food is good and you can have their breakfast at 6am.
2. The location is super good and near the ZhongShan Road Pedestrian Walk.Also this location is very feasible and convenient for calling e-hailing.

First of all I would like to give big thumbs up to all the staff of Atour Hotel, they are so polite, helpful and efficient. Tea was served upon arrival at the reception, check in was quick and simple, all done in a professional manner with a smile.
The room was spacious, well design, simple but modern. The bed was comfortable and clean. What I like the most is the wireless charger, there were 3 in the room, so convenient. Air conditioning was good, unlike some other hotels, you can indeed change the temperature and fan speed of your own room. The only comment is the maintenance of the shower, brown marks and water marks were noticed along the edges.
Location of the hotel is also good, only 11 rmb by taxi to Zhonshan Road. Also lots of restaurants and stores nearby.
