Our stay at Pandora Vista Retreat was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of the property — it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was Tiffany, our incredible host. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, from the warm welcome to the little personal touches that made us feel right at home. Tiffany’s hospitality, kindness, and attentiveness truly made this retreat feel special and memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with breathtaking views and a host who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further than Pandora Vista Retreat. The hotel members were super friendly and could speak english very well. They arranged everything for us e.g.: transfers to Zhangjiajie, Tianmen mountain, railway station, Glass bridge… We had a positve expreience, and I fully recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to visit this region.

They always drop you to the entrance gate of the park, amazing staff that speaks good English, they really went out of their way to be helpful. Also very nice rooms

Rebecca’s hotel was just the perfect choice for us! The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the park entrance and in a very cozy and lively neighborhood. Rebecca, the owner, is the loveliest person, always willing to help with a smile. She even offered to arrange our visit to the park (including the taxi) for multiple days, making our stay much easier. Furthermore, the meals provided by the hotel were always home-made and delicious! The facility is always pristine, with an eye for detail, and the beds are EXTREMELY comfy :)

My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).
