The hotel is clean and very comfortable. But the best was the personal Service, there is a girl and a madam (I am bad with names) that help planning, the visit to different atraccions; such as The forest park and the grand canon. The young girl speak very good english, facilitating everything. But even the madam that speak only chinese, she is very kind and do everything to explain you what you have to do. They Aditionally help me booking tickets for the terracota warriors, letting me using the hotel chineses number (I did not have).

This hotel is really lovely and perfect! The beds were super comfortable, they have mattresses that you can warm up. After a cold hiking day this was the best thing.
Rebecca is a very kind person and she helped us with booking the tickets of the park and drove us to the entrance for free (only 5 min).
I would stay here again!!

This hotel was simply amazing — we had a wonderful stay. It’s located in a peaceful area with stunning mountain views. The staff arranged a transfer from our previous hotel and, upon arrival, helped us organise our visits to the mountains — really lovely team. The room was very comfortable and offered beautiful views. We also enjoyed free transfers from the hotel to Wulingyuan. The breakfast was simple but lovely, and we had dinner there too, which was really nice. This hotel is a hidden gem and we highly recommend it.
P.S. There were some adorable dogs and even a playful monkey that appeared from time to time!

Mary is amazing, she planned whole 4 days for us, which was best time spent in China. Her knowledge of park is top. We had breakfast and dinners and her cooking is just amazing. Super delicious food, everyday we had different fruit and also vegetable from her garden. You can not find best stay in Zhanghjijae.

The location, so close for the east gate of Zhangjiajie national park, and the local night market. It was still relatively quiet. The owner was very helpful with tips, such as the route for Zhangjiajie, and breakfast location. The room was very comfortable.
