The location is perfect, only 5-10min from the airport with taxi. The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. They also explain us the best rout to visit these places, this help us a lot with our schedule. Also they upgrade our room for free.

One of the best Apartments I have ever booked. It was very modern, everything was clean and we had a great view on the mountains.
Also was there a billard table and the whole shared space was pretty nice.
The Host helped us everyday to get to the attractions near the area.
If you go to Zhangjiajie I would totaly recommend this apartment.

The Tianmen mountain view is breathtaking. Room is very spacious. Breakfast is very good and they make it different everyday. The owner’s dad is a chef so we have dinner there and it is so good too. Feel like home. His mum cannot speak English but really pay attention to details. She can tell what we need in just a sec without using the translation. His wife is so helpful with ordering maccas for our kids as they are quite fussy. Thank you.

The hotel is truly amazing. Very clean, cosy and technological. They also serve good Chinese breakfast on the rooftop. But the highlight of our trip was the host, who was super nice, friendly and helpful. He did not speak English, but we spoke a bit of Chinese and used a translator. It was our best experience in China so far and if we ever come back to Zhangjiajie, we will come to this hotel.
P.s. We did not manage to thank you as we had to leave today, but if you are reading this review, we thank you a lot for the warm welcome ❤️

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend and our friend. The host was amazing from the minute we arrived. He helped us plan our routes for the avatar mountains. Everyday they gave us different fruit and teas to try. They looked after all our laundry free of charge and wouldn't take a tip! 10000/10 customer care!
Honestly the nicest people. I would definitely go back ☺️

Annie at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, even assisting us at 1am after our delayed flight. She patiently helped plan our stay in Zhangjiajie. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff spoke little English but were very helpful when I used the translator app. My original room smelt like cigarette smoke and when i asked to change, they were very accommodating. There was also free use of laundry machines at the hotel.
