Everything was pretty good. I had a private room that was cleaned daily. After midnight is mostly not noisy I.e. hotel puts an effort to make it quiet. Food in the restaurant is ok. Rooftop is relatively big and pleasant. A lot of offered activities are good, some are a bit for super young crowds. Staff at the reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning workers are great. Location is suitable if you want to be in El Poblado.
