We travelled as a family with a 2 years old child. The overall experience was satisfying. The small apartment is spacious and clean. We could leave the stroller in the entrance floor and had kitchen and bed room for us. The hotel also have a small elevator.
The breakfast was sufficient for such a small sized hotel and very tasty. The stuff were always smiling and supportive.
I booked the hotel due to the reviews, especially the convenient transportation connection. Just walk 3 min to the tram station and then you can go everywhere. There you also find small supermarkets. Best is to buy tram tickets in the hotel, on the tram it can get complicated.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and had a great knowledge of what to do and what tour's to take . The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar staff were also very friendly and chatty, asked for a Brandy one night and the barman brought it to me with the Brandy glass on top of a glass of hot water which brings out the flavor of the Brandy he said. It was just a nice touch and added to the experience.
