The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries. We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.

I loved almost everything. The bed, the kitchen, the bathroom. The spacing in the room is well thought out. I love how they thought of everything you might need in the room. I love having a clean place and having tools to do that at my disposal is always a plus for me. The design of the place is well thought of. They have a seamless online check-in process. Even better, the checkout process is also online. Loved that.
